Mental Health First Aid Training (MHFA)
MHFA will provide you with tools you need to identify, understand and respond to youth or adults that may be experiencing a mental health challenge. Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training course that teaches participants about mental health and substance-use issues.

Did you know in Colorado suicide is the 1st leading cause of death for ages 10-14?
Our Give Youth a Voice Program is in partnership with Tell My Story, an organization in California that has a program that is designed for parents, teachers and older youth with help from teenagers that have experienced bullying, suicidal thoughts and attempts,, mental health challenges, are advocates for others that may feel like they do not have a voice and want to make a change in how we travel through adolescents.
